I have been insured with MiWay for 2.5 years, with no claims necessary in this period. In December 23 I called MiWay to arrange for a temporary driver change of my vehicle as well as to ascertain what is required for transborder travel. At the end of the phone call, I had complete instructions, emailed border letter and everything. SMOOTH, friendly, efficient. And On my enquiry regarding no-claims bonus possibility- I got a reduction in my monthly premium! The story continues: on notifying MiWay that my vehicle is back from trans border and I am once again the regular driver, the conversation with Given (the consultant) went swimmingly well and I got another reduction in premium! I am beyond satisfied with the administration efficiency. Thanks
