I have been given a run around with my claim everytime l call in to speak to a specific person who is handling my claim lm being fostered to speak to anyone and they promise to send the person whom lm dealing with an email, their first email stated that l will wait 8 to 10 working days but today its over 18 working days without any progress on my claim l find this very unfair they cant keep their promises l called in on Wedneday but they had nothing to tell me they promised me a feedback later that afternoon but no one cared for me no email update no nothing the staff is unproffessional they dont have anything to say to me up to now please help me l want to close that chapter and move on with life my claim number is C*** and lm claiming under 3rd party thank you
