I have been experiencing double debit orders of my premiums

I have been experiencing double debit orders of my premiums. I lodged a complaint to Mr Nhlanhla Nkosi. He referred me to a lady named Mbalenhle with the e-mail address ***. Although the grievance HS yet to be solved, she assisted me with the highest degree of professionalism and care. She took time to advise on the process and what I needed to do to have the complaint attended. Although the problem is yet to be resolved, I am truly grateful for Mbalenhle's professional decorum. She is truly a great asset to MiWay. Her enthusiasm and dedication has given me utmost confidence that the matter will find a positive resolution. Thanks to MiWay for having personnel that can assist with proffessional decorum
