I have been dealing with this app issue since last week Wednesday without being resolved

I have been dealing with this app issue since last week Wednesday without being resolved. My main issue is that should I need for cover, it won't be activated since I haven't done inspection yet. Other than that I've had pleasant dealings with Miway and their staff
