I have been dealing with Mzilakazi Khumalo and Mamello Letsie in trying to claim for my Cellphone and Laptop
I have been dealing with Mzilakazi Khumalo and Mamello Letsie in trying to claim for my Cellphone and Laptop. They have been awesome and very empathetic and understanding. Their service is top level and they managed to make me feel at ease.

30 May 2024, 17:09I need to add that this review was done in a hurry because Mamello informed me that, if I didn't submit quickly, the "Hellopeter" system would kick me out. Also, she misinformed me by saying that this review was for the claim process. There would be another review once the claim process is complete. This was sadly the last time she even made any efforts or communicated. I posed a question the very next day. She never responded at all. After THREE attempts and finally copying Mzilikazi on the third attempt, it was Mzilikazi who responded almost immediately. I really became disappointed at Mamello's service after writing this review. She gave me the impression that she was hunting for a positive review. Once she got it, I was just a number. I wish her well and hope she receives the necessary training to realize that "It is not how you start a journey that matters, but rather how you carry through until the end...".
