I have a problem with MiWay insurance they don’t want to cancel the policy I had with them

My name is Sibusiso Xulu I had a scratch and dents cover with MiWay insurance but I canceled it due to their poor service and unprofessional staff.Now they keep on deducting premiums every month even in the mid of the month and I keep on sending cancellation emails every time the last cancellation email I sent was 14 June 2024 but up until now they do deduct my money and my bank is panelizing me when I reverse my money I hate Miway Insurance.Now I’m covered by Auto &General even them they are giving me problems.I hate these 2 insurance companies that are ****ming clients.
