I have a claim with Miway due to a cat accident I had last month. The panelbeaters informed me that they had found additional damage to the car after an assessment of the damages was done and they were having a challenge getting through to my insurance to obtain approval for the additional damage. I then contacted my insurance and was assisted by Desmond Kwena Papole who fasttracked the approval by notifying the relevant department to assist the panelbeaters to obtain the required approval. I was very happy with the positive response and assistance I received from Kwena.
