I have a 7-seater shuttle insured with MiWay, and it broke down on the N1 while I was traveling to Kroonstad. I contacted MiWay and was assisted by Jayden Lotz, who was professional and ensured everything went exactly as he had explained. My vehicle was successfully towed to the selected destination without any issues. The only concern I have is that although I insured a 7-seater shuttle, the policy only covered transport for two adults and one child. It did not accommodate the additional passengers, despite the vehicle being insured as a 7-seater.
