Last night I had a flat tyre and called Miway for road side assistance!! I stood there for over an hour with no one coming!!! I ended up being hijacked at gun point by two men who took my cellphones and laptop from the car. Lucky for me they did not take the car!!! Miway is unreliable and inefficient!!! I did a sim swap this afternoon only to find that no email no SMS no NOTHING showing that they pitched or not. Because I ended up being helped by a stranger!!! Useless, non caring bunch if vultures that are only happy to take your money month after month and when it comes to them doing their part FAILURES!!!! Ref number for road assistance call VV-KX2D-01
