I hate MiWay
MiWay simply means their way. Once you've started paying, you're a fly in a venus fly trap. After forwarding a new policy schedule from my new insurance and arranging for a stop order at Capitec, MiWay simply deducted an increased premium the next month. As they informed me, you'll only leave after our 'retention' - department attempted to harass you into staying. Our way is the only way. My advice is to stay away. I'm sick of corporate bullying.
