I had to update my policy details and add another driver and Noluthando Baloyi was extremely helpful and patient with me as I had to WhatsApp my husband and wait for all his answers
I had to update my policy details and add another driver and Noluthando Baloyi was extremely helpful and patient with me as I had to WhatsApp my husband and wait for all his answers. She was so friendly and really felt like she wanted to help me. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you so much!

She really came through for me in trying to get a better deal - and ultimately exceeded my expectations with what she could offer. She was also extremely friendly and professional which makes dealing with MiWay so much more pleasant as we all know how much we can hate phone calls. This has been another pleasant day of dealing with MiWay. Thanks guys!
