I had to request emergency assistance this morning because of a flat battery and MiWay immediately sent an sms to inform me that they will call to assist. Nkosinathi Botlhokwane called to assist by sending a technician to help. The technician Zonhhe came within 15 minutes and assisted me. The service was efficient, helpful and they were both friendly and willing to assist me promptly!
