I had to contact Miway to get assistance on an emergency

I had to contact Miway to get assistance on an emergency. Michael was helpful and logged my emergency first a locksmith. My issue got resolved in no time. The problem is that I originally attempted to log my emergency on Tuesday(the 19th) via whatsapp because I still cannot access my profile on the app. Till today I have not received a follow up via the whatsapp line. Sufficing to say though...Michael and Central Locksmith's prompt assistance is commendable.
