I had to claim from my insurance due to a accident that happened as a result of another vehicle bumping into me. I claimed from my insurance with the intention that the insurance of the member who was responsible for the accident will reimburse me. This process took over a year due to the third party however thanks to Noma Dlamini she would consistently follow up with the insurance of the responsible member and she made sure to update me with any minor change or news about my claim. This process was quite lengthy but with her help I eventually got my money back from the responsible members insurance. She is very helpful and welcoming.
