I had to change some details on my policy and had to speak to a person at Miway. I opted to use their Miway Live Chat feature on their site and it was a great experience. The person behind the chat was helpful, polite and got me up and running in a matter of seconds. The whole process took me about 2 minutes. Will definitely be using this feature in the future.
