I had to call 3 times just to get policy documents, each time I had been sent confirmation of cover even though I specified that I wanted to see the amendments that had been done. I must mention Naqiyah Majothi who was the last client service agent I spoke to & went beyond her usual process & therefore resolving the query. I also requested the policy to only start & debit on the 1 of December but to my surprise, my account has been already debited. The debited amount is not the same as the amended amount which I'm not happy with
