I had such a delightful call with Mr Thembile Shuda. He handled and understood my claim needs so swiftly and with such ease. He is extremely professional, patient and polite. Wonderful phone etiquette and understood what I was trying to explain. He truly made the claims process painless and quick. What a excellent customer service representative. He gets 10 stars in my books.
