I had ran out of fuel and needed to go somewhere urgently. Nokwanda Stuurman was kind and patient. Because the initial sos was not captured correctly, she restarted the process to make things move quicker. Within 15min, my car was refueled and I was already back on the road. The whole process from the call to Nokwanda was resolved in about 30min. Both assistants were incredibly helpful.
