I had my car done by Winclo in Umhlali, they had my for almost 6 months..i had to battle to even get back my car. All complaints were communicated to Miway. Finally received my car last month. Only to hear sounds emanating from gear changes, visible poor alignment, flopped window wiper. I have been pleading for an assessor to view my car at my residence for weeks before the opening of school as i use it to transport my child. Many reps advised that they will inform an assessor to make the visit to inspect the faults as i am a female driver, no mechanic. Today as i struggle for an update and still receiving no emaik replies i am told that miway doesn't do home checks.. This after pleading for urgency as this is not my fault. Winclo handed me the car in a shoddy manner. Now what do i do ?
