I had my car broken into and been a bit stressed as I had a unfortunately lost of my mom. The claims agent called me and advised me as to what my options would be. Then 2 days later I decided just to have a check and contact MiWay and Desmond Kwena People assisted me. He has advised me as to I can do and that he would assist with the claim so that I can have my car fixed. It is a wonderful feeling that there are customer service agents that would go the extra mile just to make things a bit easy. Keep up the good work
