I had multiple issues related to adding a new item on my premium which I completely disagreed with MiWay. After several back and fourth calls, a gentlemen called Nkgodi Madihlaba came in to assist. I have to confess that I have never had a gentle and patient person assisting me like this anywhere in my life. The man treated me like I am his own customer, very honest, patient, gentle and most importantly takes accountability and pride of his work. I would like to say thank you to Nkgodi Madihlaba, he is the reason why I am still with MiWay.
