I had locked my car keys in the boot of my car with all mine and kids belongs in the car. I tried calling the Miway emergency number but not able to get through. Sent a text on whatsapp and I got assisted by a gentleman call Ronald Nkotsi who was extremely helpful and understanding. He made sure the locksmith came and I got assisted swiftly. He even called me to check if the kids and I were ok. I have never gotten such great service. I felt understood and important as a Miway client.
