I had just received my new policy documents and the premium was a bit too high for me. When I called them yesterday I was advised that they have closed for the day and was offered a call back in the morning (which actually happened) I was transferred to Bonolo Magagula who gave me a friendly and professional service. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I am happy with the additional service he offered me for warranty
