I had just been in an accident and less than 20 minutes later MI way emergency assist was already on a call with me. I dealt with Thabo Mohapi and let me tell you. This guy calmed me down spoke me through what needs to happen and guided me. Obviously the process is stil in progress but thus far with regards to the emergency assist team well done Thabo! This is what keeps me a customer and definitely what will keep other customers.
