I had hit the front corner of my Ford Figo Ambiente which required repairs by a panel beater. The panel beater informed me that the repairs would take approximately 6 - 8 business days. I therefore required a courtesy car per my insurance policy. Deeandra Chinaboo from the claims department was an absolute star in this regard.
