I had an issue with my car insurance which excluded my vehicle from theft and highjacking, whoever assisted us back left us with that problem and didn't even bother sending us policy documents......we only realized the exclusion only when we received documents for a policy review .....Nompumelelo Madonsela assisted us up to the very last minute.....the matter has been resolved....we are happy and relieved....Nompumelelo has been great and we are thankful to her as we were considering jumping ships....
