I had an issue regarding the Car Track device which caused much frustration on my end. I called in to the call centre very irritated and spoke with a consultant named Delton Jacobs. His customer service was exceptional...from dealing with my angered and frustrated tone to putting me at ease and providing suggestions for possible solutions. He was extremely professional, courteous, and went over and above to bring about a resolution that I was happy with. He handled a difficult client with poise and grace. Its been my experience where it's very rare to get consultants who truly assist clients and go out of their way to leave a client feeling like the company really cares about client satisfaction and resolving whatever the issue is. This has made me feel confident in changing my insurance provider to Miway.
