I had an interaction with Angelica Meth regarding my outstanding claim and the experience was heart warming. I was on the verge of cancelling one of my policies with MyWay and following the chat with her, i desided not to. Unlike most of the other MyWay staff, she potrayed that professional client care that is so missing in Customer Service industry today.
