I had an incident with a pothole at night

I had an incident with a pothole at night. The assistance I received first from the Emergency Assistance department, to the tow truck company to the Claims department was phenomenal! Everything was done either by phone (MiWay calling me) or by Whatsapp - even the submission of my car's damage. Absolutely brilliant service!!
