I had an excellent experience with Miway Roadside Assistance this morning. My car would not start due to a flat battery, and I logged a request on the Miway app at 07:23. To my surprise, the service provider arrived by 07:50, which was incredibly fast and efficient. A special thank you to Tumisang Kolwane, who handled my case. He called me immediately after the service was booked, coordinated everything smoothly, and made sure help was on the way without any delays. What really stood out was his follow-up call after the service, just to check that my car was still okay. That level of care and professionalism is rare. The entire process was seamless, quick, and reassuring. It’s clear that Miway values their customers and goes the extra mile to provide great service. Highly recommended!
