I had an accident on my vehicle and I managed to log my claim via the app,which was very helpful and convenient for me. My claim was then approved the following day and referred me to the approved Panelbeater for the assessment on the vehicle. The vehicle was taken in for the repair, however, the other side of the right rear door was not repaired, then after I have lodged the internal claim and escalated to the dispute department, then the repaired was authorized with the intervention from the Manager. In short, I will say that my experience with Miway was awesome. Thanks
