I had an accident on 23/12/2023, I hit the emergency button on my app and recieved a call a minute later, agent made sure I was fine, tow truck was arranged and car was taken away within 45 minutes. With the public holidays in between I can proudly say that I recieved forst class service in this 3rd world country. Agent called me today Mamello was also so professional.
