I had an accident in October 2019

I had an accident in October 2019. I logged a call on the miway app and a gentleman by the namebof Peter Mohlala called me. He was very calm, patient and understanding with us. He help us with what to do to make a proper claim and what to do moving forward with dealing with the accident. Our car was fixed and we were helped with recovering the excess we paid. Today I got a call from Mr Mohlala from Miway insurance telling me that the excess had been recovered in full.
