I had an accident in March of 2023 due to pot holes in a region around the Free State. I paid the Access Fee due to the insurer, the claims were processed and the car was fixed. From April of 2023, Joshua worked tirelessly trying to claim the damages against the municipality. Throughout the 18 months he would often check in with me to update on the claim process. After many months, the municipality paid out and my access fee was paid back to me in October of 2024.
