I had an accident in March 2023 and was assisted by Sibusiso Hlatshwayo with the claim. Few months later, (now in October 2023) I needed to follow up to get my Excess paid back and was fortunate to get Sibusiso to assist me again. I appreciate his calm, attentive way of assisting.
