I had an accident and as I know that I have a car insurance with my way, I called them and because of the frustration I selected wrong option but, the way the stuff are so professional and well trained I was transfered to the right department and met the lady by the name of Mamello Letsie...wow. She took me through all the process. To make things worse I didn't even have a clue about the access payment but through her I even got paid within a short space of time.
