I had an accident

I had an accident. I lodge a claim. They ask me to take my car to Renew it Panel beater after my claim was approved. I took my car there they started fixing. After weeks they said the car is fixed. I went to fetch it to find out that the part that there were supposed to replace is not replaced. They took it out and throw it away. Then I told them I can't take my car like that. They said I should pay access and take my car home they will call me when they buy a part. Iam still waiting. The incident happen in August till todays my car is not fixed and I have pay a full access. They don't call me I have to call them. That make me hold for a very long time and give me excuses evert time
