I had a wonderful consultant called Nompumelelo

I had a wonderful consultant called Nompumelelo. She has helpful and committed to meeting my needs, really going the extra mile. I cannot fault her. Where MiWay drops the ball is on their communication. The online bot takes ages to respond. When asked for a call back, the phone hardly rings before they hang up and then send a snotty SMS to say that they called back but there was no response. Communication needs improvement.
