I had a vehicle claim last year and they paid together with the short fall which made me to insure with them my second vehicle because i loved the service. Little did i know that my recent claim(a year ago) would affect me for life😥😥 But it's not like i planned for incident. Now that i have been demoted at work and i cant afford to pay the amount i requested them to reduce my premium and my access fee atleast but they refused reason being that i have claimed so they still have to cover the money i claimed😭😭😭
