I had a vehicle accident on 1 July which was my 1st ever accident, being stressed and overwhelmed, the assessor Ruan van Zyl contacted me 5 days after the accident to advise that all is in order and that a SP has been appointed
I had a vehicle accident on 1 July which was my 1st ever accident, being stressed and overwhelmed, the assessor Ruan van Zyl contacted me 5 days after the accident to advise that all is in order and that a SP has been appointed. He kept me calm and ensured that all will be okay. I would like to thank Ruan for making my 1st claim experience pleasant. Great Job Ruan, keep it up
