I had a tyre burst while driving home

I had a tyre burst while driving home. I called their emergency line and was assisted with a tow truck to get me back home as well as a security guard to stay with me on the side of the road while I waited for the tow truck. 3 days later when I was ready to repair my tyre they assisted me once again with a tow truck to get my car to the dealership to be repaired.
