I had a traumatic experience where striking workers surrounded my car and damaged it, and while I explained to the miway consultant , she kept asking me stupid questions - like was it raining , was there tar on the road ? But I literally explained the whole story to her prior- then she got rude- honestly teach your staff to listen Miway and have empathy!
