I had a terrible experience with MiWay

I had a terrible experience with MiWay. After my accident, they sent a tow truck and took my BMW 320i (bought for R252,640.30) for assessment. Days passed with no feedback. Then they claimed my car was “beyond repair” and offered only R120,000, even though the damage was just the front bumper, driver-side headlight, and a tire. I refused and demanded my car back within 24 hours. They returned it the same day but with missing parts: the top brake pipe (driver’s side), the small front light, and the disc. Since then, every time I call and give my details, the line cuts off. On live chat, when I mentioned exposing them on social media, the agent stopped replying and sent an automated message. Very unprofessional and unacceptable service.
