I had a technical problem with the MiWay app
I had a technical problem with the MiWay app. Busisiwe Magubane, a client services data capturer, went out of her way to ensure that the technical team got hold of me to help me resolve the issue. She was polite, friendly and efficient and she followed through until the issue was resolved.
