I had a superb and splendid interaction with Nkhensani Rikhotso. She effortlessly helped me with a roadside assistance claim of towing my vehicle. She continuously called to check up on the progress and to find out if everything has been sorted out on my end. She's absolutely helpful and super friendly!! But also like to take minutes to compliment Lorna Moloi on assisting me as best as she could and constantly checking up on me and giving me feedback.
