I had a scratch and dent policy and when my vehicle was scratched I put in a claim and it was rejected because it was on two panels. I then asked them to repair 1 panel and even then it was rejected. I then cancelled the policy because it was senseless paying for something you cannot claim from but still continued with the normal car insurance. I emailed them again to have that claim reviewed and was just ignored. I now received a call from them offering me the exact same scratch and dent policy , when I told the agent of the problem I experienced I was then told that they changed their policy and is now overlooking how many panels is damaged yet when I encountered a problem my claim was rejected? How unfair is this? These insurance companies gets away with so much by robbing their customers. To date I have not had any response from MiWay on my claim .
