I had a really wonderful experience with one of the consultants Mandisa Ledwaba, very professional, friendly lady that gave informative information and was really concerned about my current situation as she fully explained the pros and cons. I have been a client of the company for more than 10yrs and unfortunately my financial situation is in a very difficult situation and she managed to convinced me not to cancel but gave other options, which I ended up remaining on the current plan until further notice. She was very polite and empathized with me but remained professional, Great Service it was not about only retaining a long term client.
