I had a query which was attended to timeously. I dealt with two gentlemen by names of Ntokozo Mjokane and Mzilikazi Khumalo. The level of communication was on par and they had a great sense of empathy. I was checked on prior to being assisted, during the assistance and afterwards. Everything was smooth sailing. Their assistance exceeded my expectations and left me in awe. Their dedication to my case filled in gaps that I didn't know existed. Superb service and attention to detail. I feel like a valued client, not another statistic.
