I had a puncture on the N3 highway and it was pouring, after changing the tyre I realized that the spare tyre was not inflated. I called MiWay for assistance and they not only sent help but also sent a security guard to safe guard us whilst we awaited assistance. The security service was there within 10 minutes and help arrived shortly afterwards. Only after I was assisted and had my car safely back on the road, did MiWay inform me that my premium for this month had bounced. This, I find, is excellent customer service, ensuring I was safe and well before even considering the fact that, technically, I wasn't covered for that period of time. They even allowed me a further week, fully covered before they will re-debit my account. I have not come across another insurance company that puts their customer's safety above financial gain.
