I had a problem with my vehicle's clutch and couldn't change gears. Logged an incident via the miway and app and received my reference number. Received an sms advising of the tow truck drivers details and of him being on the way. The driver arrived, completed his admin checks, loaded the vehicle and we were on our way. Very professional and friendly driver, making conversation all way. All in all a great experience after a depressing incident with my vehicle.
